Physical products are dispatched within 5–10 business days depending on stock and destination.

All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Faulty physical items can be replaced — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

By submitting a guest application:

You grant Positive Vibes Pty Ltd permission to record, publish, edit, and distribute your interview content.

You waive any rights to royalties or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Membership & Community Access

If applicable:

Membership payments recur monthly or annually as selected.

You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to remove users who breach community guidelines, spam, or act disrespectfully.
